And it requires a high level of specialization, which is why we support you from the beginning by providing experience and added value in each of the phases of the purchasing process:
- Purchase planning: Preparation of a complete supply program, integrating technical, financial and fiscal information.
- Elaboration of purchase specifications: Development of documentation associated with the purchase requisition, including technical and commercial requirements. This information is conveniently analyzed by our experienced engineering department, in order to adapt the demand to the multiple international offer.
- Identification of potential suppliers: Elaboration of a list of alternatives based on our database and commercial agreements. Our supplier evaluation system allows us to make choices by environment with maximum guarantees.
- Launch of bid requests, receipt of bids and their tabulation: Our technological support allows us to be very agile in this process, given that the vast majority of actions are carried out in a digitized environment. We analyze technical and productive means, financial solvency, quality/certification requirements, delivery times, guarantees, after-sales service, maintenance, etc.
- International negotiation and financing: Our financial team, if required by the client, will propose financing alternatives for each operation and project. We have extensive experience managing the most common forms of payment in multinational environments.

- Logistics and customs management: We study the type of cargo, cubage, selection of the most appropriate means of transport, INCOTERM to be used, insurance policy, operational and documentary management, together with the necessary customs specifications for export and import, customs management at origin and destination, homologations, import licenses, exonerations. We provide final solutions adapted to each case and client.
